Hinterland

The site was originally an avocado plantation with a small house overlooking the escarpment with 100 metres of cliff frontage.

Comfortable luxury contemporary home inspired by the english arts. The home is a mountain retreat encompassing porphyry stone, hand formed zalmag roofing and a combination of copper and timber clad walls. This home is filled with many features including fireplaces and feature stairs. Our favourite is the twisted stair box joing the three levels of the split level home.

The original house was also converted to a luxury guest house with all the same fittings and features as the main house. Sprawling roadways and larged terraced gardens make up the rest of the estate.
